Hey! I'm Anjalee and I absolutely love teaching people how to use their bodies in fun and diverse ways to support their overall wellbeing.

I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer with an MSc in Health Psychology. I have over 10 years' experience in the fitness industry where I have taught a wide variety of classes. I believe movement should be fun and helps us to build confidence within ourselves, whatever our starting point is.

My aim is for you to come away from my sessions feeling like you've learnt new skills, connected with yourself, and had a great work out!
