Hi, my name is Veronika and it’s lovely to meet you! 

I’m qualified as a mindfulness teacher and health coach with a background in psychology and health psychology, and experience of supporting clients to build greater awareness of what health looks like in their lives.

Mindfulness can help you to pause and relax in your busy day. My classes will help you to feel less stressed and more present in your daily life. All are welcome in my classes, experts or beginners.
