Hi, I’m Wes – and I’ve been teaching movement and wellbeing for over 20 years. I’ve been a qualified Advanced Level instructor for the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain since 2008 and I’m also qualified as a level 3 personal trainer and health coach. I’m a huge advocate of combining movement and mindfulness in order to achieve optimum results for overall wellbeing, and I’ve developed this short beginners tai chi course in order to help people start that journey.

Outside of work I’m happiest when I’m walking my dog Jimi, being out in nature or hanging out with people who make me laugh.
