Hello, I'm Kirby and I've worked in the public health industry for five years.

At university, I completed my Level 2 as a Gym Instructor and I also hold a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification.

I’ve also worked in Weight Management and have a Level 4 Postural Stability qualification to help the elderly with strength and balance.

My classes are fun, enjoyable and most importantly will keep you physically active!
