Hi, I'm Lizzie and I’ve worked as a Level 3 Personal Trainer for the past 5 years. Prior to that I worked as a children’s dance and gymnastics coach.

Over the years, I’ve taught spin, body pump, bootcamp and conditioning sessions. I’ve recently completed my Pilates Instructor training and am studying for my Level 4 Exercise Referral for Health Management, Pre- and Post-natal and my Level 4 Lower Back Pain Specialist.

I love sharing my passion for exercise and the benefits it brings both physically and mentally.
